@djknucklehead djknucklehead released this 18 Sep 18:17

What's new

  • One-click Install cache rules and Install security rules in each network site's Actions column and on subsite screens.
  • Standard public-page cache rules: seven-day eligible public HTML, 24-hour Gravity Forms HTML, tracking-query cache sharing, and dynamic/session/private-response bypasses.
  • Automatic backups before replacing cache rules, persistent WordPress guard, progress, Resume, backup download and rollback.
  • One combined manual clear for the site's WP Engine page cache and configured Cloudflare zone, with retries and cooldowns.
  • Reliable guard installation on filesystems without hard links and content-versioned admin scripts to prevent stale button handlers.

Updating

Updating the plugin does not automatically replace Cloudflare cache or security rules. Click Install cache rules for a site's zone when ready; this backs up and replaces both cache-rule phases, including custom exceptions. Security installation is separate.

Version 3.7.1 also upgrades installations using the manually distributed 3.7.0 candidate. Existing enabled update-maintenance hooks continue to use the paced queue.

Validation

PHP lint; purge, maintenance, defense and cache-policy regressions; expression checks; runtime-guard HTTP and filesystem checks passed. Local standalone/multisite and browser installation checks passed with mocked providers. The standard cache rules were verified installed on philberger.org.
