v2.3 Working and Dogfooding

Choose a tag to compare

@djotaku djotaku released this 16 Apr 22:54

I have set up all the containers and have been using this all day today without any issues. (hence the dogfooding)

I had to make a few more changes. The system where I was testing my code didn't have nearly as many tasks as my computer and/or something else about the way I'm running in in prod was having issues with thread-safety. So I had to move the replica out of a global variable and into a function.

Also, I have pushed this latest version to Docker Hub along with instructions in the readme for running things. Feel free to ask in discussions if you need help.

v2.2 Bugs Squashed

@djotaku djotaku released this 10 Apr 23:26

I believe I found the last of the major bugs. There are some fields that the taskwarrior 2 (or the API I was using) would set for you automatically if not specified. Not specifying those was causing new tasks to never be committed to the replica.

I expect to make a container and push it to Docker Hub - potentially this weekend.

v2.1 Only One Bug Left

@djotaku djotaku released this 07 Apr 00:14

I deleted the 2.0.1 release because I had accidentally been testing the old version and it was way too buggy. For this one only modification of tasks is currently not working.

Time should now work well (as long as you're using this in EST).

v1.0

While there are a few quality of life changes I want to make, overall things work the way they should and I've been using it for a few weeks now without issue.
