- Massive code refactor; everything now happens in the PromptMonitor instead of splitting between the PromptMonitor and the StatusBarComponent.
- Fixed a bug that would cause bettergit to not work on the first open window.
- Removed dependency on aiofiles. Now runs with no extra libraries.
