Fixes WSJT-X getting no audio.

  • WSJT-X started from AB6A TimeShift now receives audio. In 1.0 and 1.1 macOS silently refused it microphone access, because TimeShift was missing the audio-input entitlement. If you're upgrading, quit WSJT-X and start it again from TimeShift.
  • The control panel is now only as wide as its buttons need. Long rig names are shortened with "…" instead of pushing the buttons out of view.
  • Shift times are shown to the slider's precision (+0.3 s) rather than three decimal places.

No change to the shim, the control files or the configuration format.
