Add Telephone Extension (Custom) as Attribute

In my personal implementation I have added a custom field on the ti_locations table for telephone_extension which allows me to handle restaurants with extensions that need to be dialed in automations. This release adds this field if it exists as an attribute on the HA binary sensor.
