Site icon — visible in dark tabs, without a box in the header

The transparent truck Site Icon vanished on dark browser tabs and the WP-admin icon (CSS filters can't reach those raster contexts). 0.1.13 ships an opaque, manila-backed favicon and decouples it from the header Site Logo, so the favicon stays visible everywhere while the header keeps the transparent, per-style-recoloured truck — no background box on coloured styles.
