A dragged row stays under the pointer while the list scrolls. Holding a drag
near the top or bottom edge pulls the list along, and the row being dragged was
carried with it — off screen, while the drop still landed where the pointer was.
The list also stops at its real end now, rather than scrolling into empty space
behind the row.
