First tagged snapshot of the lab: a shopping agent under a signed spending mandate, checked by an invariant gate (spend cap, merchant, no double charge on retry). Measured stub suite: 38/38. The live section reports a small 5-pass sample on a single model (median 30/38); it is indicative only and not a model score. Lab only. Not a production release and not a deployment.
