First release of todo-cli — a command-line task manager built with Typer and SQLModel.

Features

• add, list, show, close, edit, delete commands, each with --help
• Task fields: title, description, priority (low/medium/high), status, created/closed dates
• Data stored in ~/.todo-cli (SQLite database + version.txt for schema migrations on upgrade)
