Grumpy birds are round again, a ball of feathers with a furious face, but painted as a realistic plate. The paintings page opens paintings in a pop-up, filters by art style, deletes selected paintings or a whole style at once (kept as earlier versions so they can be brought back), and can reset today's painting count.

The Grumpy art style is now a realistic Gould-style plate on warm cream paper in which only the expression changes: a heavy frown and an indignant glare. Repaint any cartoon-style Grumpy paintings from the paintings page.
