Photographs for local receivers, and paintings for aircraft with no photograph.

• A local feed (dump1090-fa / SkyAware, or readsb without an aircraft database) sends no registrations, so its aircraft fell back to silhouettes. Photographs are now looked up on planespotters.net by the ICAO address when there is no registration (#1). The feed's message source in type (such as adsb_icao) is no longer shown as the aircraft type.
• An airframe with no photograph is painted from a photograph of its type (the lead picture of its Wikipedia article, credited from Commons) or from the type's name, one painting per type and operator. New Kinds of aircraft filter.
• A photographed light aircraft, helicopter or fixed-gear type keeps its fixed wheels or skids in the painting; only retractable gear is drawn up.

No saved settings change. Includes the unreleased 0.8.0.

Fixes: the plate's airline name legible with logos off, airline names on one line on the photo-log cards, white captions over dark scene paintings and no drawn paper margin, and the operator of a shared callsign prefix (e.g. police) taken from the registered owner.
