• README + bundled plugin descriptions refreshed for the 0.38–0.42 state. The bundled widget count is now 30 (down from 58 pre slim-down) plus the community catalog; new surfaces from recent releases (smart sync, design.palette extended opt-in, requires: capabilities, marketplace install persistence under data/marketplace/) got mentions in the feature list; the top-nav rename ("Plugins" → "Widgets") propagated to user-facing copy and to five bundled plugin descriptions that still said "manage at Plugins → ...".

No code or contract changes; purely a docs / description refresh.
