• Renamed "Add-on" → "App" in user-facing docs and prose to match Home Assistant's 2026 UI rebrand (Settings → Add-ons → Settings → Apps; Add-on Store → app store). Updated the README, install guides, onboarding text, and the HA-Ingress broker blurb. The companion homeassistant-tesserae-addon repo's README was updated in lockstep.

Internal references (Python code, HA Supervisor config schema, repo slugs, workflow names) stay as-is — those are platform-contract names, not user-visible labels. CHANGELOG history is preserved unchanged.
