• Add unified ppread / ppwrite command for DOS and Linux:
  • Add ppread.com / ppwrite.com for DOS
  • Add ppread-i386 / ppwrite-i386 for Linux 32-bit (statically built)
  • Add ppread-x64 / ppwrite-x64 for Linux 64-bi (statically built)
• Make DOS ppread.com write to the standard output, like the Linux programs, instead of C:\parread.out
• Update protocol to be able to differentiate from any other programs using the parallel port with ppcopy prefix
• Eliminate need for parclear.com DOS command
• Improve error handling
• Allow specifying the parallel port to use by specifying the port address on the command line of all programs
