* chore(release): 3.0.0
* chore(release): release as 2.5.0 instead of 3.0.0
The breaking footer on fc91155 removed the /api/mastodon and /api/umami
routes, but both only ever existed inside the feature branch — nothing on
main or in any tagged release exposed them, so no consumer can break.
