Update to deal with conversion from a NULL default in 'appscpecs.json' to a zero-length string (i.e. "") in App's Settings GUI in MoveApps, for string-type inputs. This was causing crashes due to the nonexistence of an App titled "" when the title of the target App was not provided (i.e. its field in Settings GUI was empty).

Further input validation related to empty (aka "") fields in Settings GUI, and related unit tests, also implemented. Error messages updated to improve feedback to users.
