1. Added A10 ACOS show interfaces support to the interfaces_status getter
   for normalized physical Ethernet, Virtual Ethernet, and trunk interface
   state, properties, counters, errors, and rates.
2. Updated the Juniper Junos show interfaces parser to support Ethernet
   link-level output that reports LAN-PHY mode and interface speed without
   an MRU field.
3. Added A10 ACOS show lldp neighbors support to the lldp_neighbors getter
   for normalized local and remote interface details, system identity, chassis
   ID, port description, and management address.
4. Added Cisco NX-OS show ip bgp neighbors vrf all support to the
   bgp_neighbors getter, including session state, VRF, timers, uptime,
