ENHANCEMENTS

  1. Enhanced the Juniper Junos bgp_communities getter to collect routing-instance
    VRF targets, deduplicate them against policy communities and other instances,
    and derive missing community names as <instance>_L2VPN_RT or
    <instance>_L3VPN_RT from the configured instance type.
  2. Enhanced the Cisco IOS-XR bgp_communities getter to collect VRF and EVPN
    route targets from formal configuration, prefer existing RPL community names,
    deduplicate target values, and derive missing names as <vrf>_L3VPN_RT or
    <evi>_L2VPN_RT.
