iSponsorBlockTV stopped running, how to debug?

Sorry for the vague post below, but I'm new to this and not sure how to debug this properly.

I initially set up iSponsorBlockTV on my Roku TV for the first time a week ago and it's been working beautifully until last night.
Overnight iSponsorBlockTV stopped working: I have a monitor that checks "Subscribe completed" must be present in the logs at least once every 30 minutes (in practice it shows up every 5 minutes), and it fired overnight.

I was running v2.6.2 at the time. I upgraded to v2.7.0 as part of debugging, no dice.

I tried deleting config.json and setting things up again (using --setup-cli), iSponsorBlockTV appeared in the Youtube TV linked device list for a hot second, then the Youtube TV app died. What's weird is nothing appeared in the logs. When I started the app again, no more linked devices. A test on a video with a native ad showed it did not auto-skip.

The current logs show the following and nothing else:

I'm scratching my head on this and not sure where to go from here. Any pointers on how to debug this? Thank you!

Hi, this might be YouTube having changed the screen id for your device. #450 has more info on it.
Try to pair again, and if that doesn't work; reset the YouTube app (at the bottom of the settings section)
