Learn about vigilant mode. 
fix: rename manifest to match app ID and add vcs-browser URL

- Rename ie.fio.dfakeseeder.flatpak.json → ie.fio.dfakeseeder.json
  (Flathub linter requires manifest filename to match app-id)
- Add vcs-browser URL to metainfo (linter warning)

All three Flathub linter checks now pass:
  - appstream: successful
  - manifest: successful
  - builddir: only expected screenshot-mirroring note (handled by
    Flathub CI post-merge)
