Update banner

• Fixed the update banner dismissal behavior so ignoring an update only hides that exact installed/available version pair instead of suppressing all future update notices in the browser.
• Made the web app treat the generic /api/update-status available flag as a valid update signal in addition to the detailed release/commit flags.
• Renamed the permanent-looking “Do not show again” action to “Ignore this update” / “Dieses Update ignorieren” to better match the new scoped behavior.
