Update banner

  • Fixed stale update banners after replacing the server binary by normalizing the stored update-check result against the currently running item+ version before the web app renders it.
  • Changed the Later / Später action to hide the banner only for the current browser session instead of storing a long-lived dismissal in local storage.
  • Removed the special downloaded-update banner state so downloaded updates continue to use the normal update notice wording.
