Address Obsidian community-review warnings.

  • Command id no longer repeats the plugin id.
  • Command name no longer repeats the plugin name.
  • Use window.setTimeout() for popout-window compatibility.
  • Remove unused import.

Manual install: copy manifest.json and main.js into /.obsidian/plugins/domd/, then enable DoMD in Settings -> Community plugins.
