New modules: FS6, Pulsar, OscA1, OscS, OscP

Fixes/enhancements:

  • CSOSC has now 16x oversampling if activated in the menu
  • #39 AP has now an option in the menu to increase the CV scaling for the delay input
  • Pad2 should now play in a DAW without opening the panel
  • Pad should not make a spike on startup
  • CLP IN2 works independent if IN1 is not connected, otherwise IN2 is normalized to IN1
  • Rndc has now FM
