Clusterval is a tool for performing unsupervised analysis of automatically generated clusters. It’s useful in the case where you have a gold standard clustering over a set of items and you would like to see how well some other, probably learned, clustering aligns with the gold standard. It provides a single command, clusterval, that prints the F-Score of a clustering compared to some gold standard (clusterval -h for usage information) to stdout.

  • Fork the project.

  • Make your feature addition or bug fix.

  • Add tests for it. This is important so I don’t break it in a future version unintentionally.

  • Commit, do not mess with rakefile, version, or history. (if you want to have your own version, that is fine but bump version in a commit by itself I can ignore when I pull)

  • Send me a pull request. Bonus points for topic branches.
