The documentation clearly stats that the docker agent eval command needs a docker runtime.
It would be great if this could be done with any container runtime (let's call it podman for the sake of the demonstration).
Motivation
This is really important as running docker desktop as root is often just not possible, and other container rutime can provide exactly the same level of isolation.
I really docker-agent, and the fact that it's not linked to the docker runtime is a real bonus.
