Update resource requirements for UCP 2.2 / DTR 2.3 release

The specs for DTR and UCP are very outdated. What would be helpful would be a minimum recommendation (for lab/testing/poc) and a production recommendation listed. I am not sure what engineering recommends but here is what a lot of field engineers have been recommending for prod deployments.

4 vCPU
16GB RAM
25 - 100GB disk

I'm not sure if this is accurate or how much the resource requirements differ for UCP and DTR. It seems that with scanning that DTR will be larger on CPU and memory side.
