Python's f-strings are the preferred method of string formatting now. Updated the python code examples to use them instead of .fromat()

Build workflows are currently broken because it seems that the Hugo release we're using was deleted from GitHub (?) We're fetching the binary from their GH releases so if the release on longer exists, our our builds will fail. Raised issue gohugoio/hugo#13066 |
