Docker failed to initialize, No Diagnose & Feedback in menu, About Docker hangs

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Thanks for the report, @balbertho. I have found one way to reproduce this, if the file C:\Users\<your name>\AppData\Roaming\Docker\already-enabled-features.json is present but empty. Could you try deleting that file and starting again?

This issue got automatically closed because I fixed it in our internal repo. But please reopen if the above diagnosis doesn't explain the problem.

@stephen-turner Yes, it works, thank you. By the way, the json file is not empty but with the hex code:
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 that makes it appear to be empty. Thank you anyway.
