Docker pull is extremely slow and crash before completion

Expected behavior

Download the Dynamics Business Central Sandbox. the system should run through the download process and allow the repository to be started.

Actual behavior

The download is extremely slow and after some time it will crash with a message that the connection terminated from remote TCP port.

I am having the issue on all the docker images I am interested in. (Dynamics NAV and Dynamics BC)
-->docker pull mcr.microsoft.com/businesscentral/sandbox
-->docker pull mcr.microsoft.com/businesscentral/onprem
-->docker pull microsoft/dynamics-nav (Any Flavor)

Also after a few minutes the top 2 largest pieces would jump to 100% but never reach Downloaded state. (See Screenshot)

• Docker for Windows Version: 2.0.0.3 (31259) - Build: 8858db3

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity.
Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale comment.
