Fixed

• docket --version reported a version the package was not. src/docket/__init__.py carried a
  literal __version__ = "0.1.0" while pyproject.toml moved to 0.1.1, and nothing compared the
  two. Every receipt's tool.version field and the output of docket --version, docket selftest and docket doctor said 0.1.0 while pip show, the PyPI page and
  importlib.metadata said 0.1.1. A receipt that names the wrong tool makes a false claim about
  provenance, which is the one thing a receipt exists to make checkable.

  The version is now read from the installed distribution, falling back to the pyproject.toml
  of a source tree and then to unknown. The distribution name is not written into the module,
  so renaming it cannot desynchronise the two again. tests/test_supply_chain.py asserts the
  derivation and fails if the literal returns.
