What is blocking you from upgrading from 2.x to 3.x?

We'd like to stop maintaining 2 branches in parallel, and we are wondering whether there are blockers preventing you from upgrading. Let us know and we will trying working on removing any blockers so as to accelerate this.

I suspect the main blocker is PHP. v3 requires PHP 8.4, and is only used by ~40% of people using v2.

As outlined by @stof on the Symfony's slack, it should be possible for you and for projects or libraries in your situation to support 2 versions of the DoctrineBundle at once.

In my case, the blocker is that I have not migrated to DBAL 4.x yet
