• Emit a btree REUSE_PAGE WAL marker before a RUM page is reused from the FSM, so streaming standbys resolve recovery conflicts before the page contents are overwritten. Mirrors nbtree's _bt_allocbuf behavior. Guarded by documentdb_rum.enable_emit_reuse_page_on_recycle feature flag, disabled by default while pending stabilization. [Perf]
