What changed Bulk-action failures (Start, Stop, Restart, Stop+Update+Start, and warned variants) no longer appear as a small, auto-dismissing toast. They now open a large modal dialog that stays on screen until the user clicks OK (or ✕ / clicks the backdrop), so failures can't be missed.
Also fixed When a bulk action targeted a subset of servers, per-server failures (e.g. a running backup blocking the action) were previously swallowed silently. Those are now collected and listed in the same dialog, showing each affected server and the reason (for example manual-backup is already running).
