Fixed

• foldkit-mixins-form: a locked key is posted with scripts off. It was
  drawn disabled, and a browser leaves a disabled control out of a form post,
  so a locked required key was missing and the save failed to decode; its
  value is also drawn as a hidden input.
• foldkit-entity, foldkit-remote-drizzle: NUL is refused in eq and
  in, as in contains. Given text holding one, the evaluator and SQLite
  answered while Postgres failed the request; every interpreter now refuses it
  as the query's own error.
