Changes:

• Fixed alarm list synchronization that caused alarms and the empty state to flicker continuously.
• Fixed alarm audio fallback cleanup and prevented repeated audio resource creation.
• Fixed black app screens caused by first-paint gating and CEF-unfriendly full-screen clip-path animation.
• Added missing Garage translations and localized vehicle health labels.

The attached ZIP includes the compiled web build and required runtime files. Frontend source code and development dependencies are excluded from the package.
