Agentaps 0.3.1

• Open a local project with the native folder chooser. Agentaps no longer scans folders under your home directory at startup, avoiding unsolicited macOS access prompts for Desktop, Documents, and Music.
• See agent-supplied session titles in the desktop header and when hovering over sessions.
• Find agents installed through Homebrew, ~/.local/bin, or Nix profiles when launching Agentaps from Finder, the Dock, or a desktop launcher.
• Let local Claude ACP sessions use the installed Claude Code CLI and its configured authentication outside NixOS.
• Use the simplified reasoning effort and context controls in the conversation header.

Thanks to @thesoulless for the PATH fix in #6 and @dayofdoom for the Claude authentication fix in #7.

The macOS package has an ad hoc signature and is not notarized. The Windows installer is unsigned.
