Generate from empty canvas — clicking "Generate All with AI" on an empty canvas auto-builds a sensible default layout (Header → Hero → Products → Text → CTA → Footer) before running AI generation; previously nothing happened on an empty canvas
Custom tone/language dropdowns — toolbar Tone and Language selectors are now styled custom dropdowns matching the rest of the plugin UI

Generate button repositioned — moved next to the Theme/Tone/Language context controls so its purpose is immediately clear

AI Trainer critical error — page was calling a non-existent function; replaced with correct plugin header require
Campaign count + Generate on one row — Number of Campaigns dropdown and Generate button now on the same line
