Release 1.22.71

  • Update aws-cli to version 1.22.71 (aws-cli/1.22.71 Python/3.9.7 Linux/5.10.0-0.bpo.9-amd64 botocore/1.24.16).
  • Add gpg command to the docker image in order to allow encryption, before uploading an archive to a S3 compatible bucket.
