The M63-M67 batch. PLAN.md §11 is fully discharged: M0-M61 and M63-M68 all
delivered, M62 dropped by the owner.

  M63  How do I...? - a help index generated from the action catalog so it
       cannot drift from the app, reached on F1, with menu paths read off the
       live menu bar. Plus a five-screen first-run tour, shown once.
  M64  Pack it up for my successor - one .tbpack holding the address book and
       its backups, the templates, the phrase shelf, the personal dictionary
       and the settings. Restore is item by item and replaces nothing without
       being asked.
  M65  The emblem shelf - nineteen emblems of the craft, drawn for TrestleBoard
       and released CC0, with a SHA-256 provenance manifest.
  M66  Bring in writing from a file - Word documents and text files, text only,
       with pictures offered one at a time rather than taken.
  M67  Bring in a page from a PDF - the chosen page becomes an ordinary
       picture, and the PDF is kept beside it so it can be redrawn sharper
       later.

Fixed: the action panel's Paragraph style button opens its menu again. It had
never worked from the panel - the flyout was anchored to a button that the
refresh after every command tore out of the visual tree.

Known and outstanding: the five new accessibility-script sections (16-20) have
not yet been walked by a human, docs/images holds four new shots that have not
been regenerated and committed, and a reported font-change symptom is still
under investigation.
