M76 rebuilds the editor's chrome and gives the newsletter a page rail; the project
gains a website; and the square and compasses is redrawn.

The window
  - A left rail of miniature pages. Five pages and one route to page four was not
navigation. Move a page earlier or later from where you can see it.
  - The toolbar fits the window the app opens for itself. Zoom moved to a footer
under the page, where it belongs, and Make the PDF took the room it freed —
the thing the committee is here to do is now on the toolbar permanently.
  - Buttons have a fill of their own, a corner, and one primary offer per group
    rather than three competing ones.
  - The app sets its own text in Source Sans 3 and the start screen's wordmark in
Cinzel, both already bundled. No font installed on your computer is used, for
    the chrome or the page.
  - The start screen offers back the newsletters you opened recently, and the
template picker sits with the offer it belongs to.

The emblems
  - The compasses point where their legs go. The square ends at ninety degrees.

The site
  - donaldsteele.github.io/TrestleBoard — a tour, install instructions for all
three systems, help pages, and every command with its shortcut, generated from
the app itself so it cannot describe a version nobody is running.
