Replace all references to the old package name across 14 files (docs, ROOT README, sub-package READMEs). Sub-packages like @done-coding/cli-ai/component/config etc. remain unchanged. CHANGELOG.md preserved as historical record. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
