creating contexts in settings in the app #828

You're not missing anything — two different things are going on here. Areas: the Add button in Settings → Manage is newer than the release you're running. The docs describe it already, and it reaches the app with the next release. Until then the quickest way is the Area picker itself: open the Area field on a task or project, choose + Area, and you can create one with a name and color right there. Contexts and tags are created by typing them, on purpose: put Welcome, and glad it fits your workflow! |

Would it be possible to make them centralized? I would much prefer that workflow where I add them once (and inline) and then I get better autocomplete and avoid misstying. I don't mind having orphan tags and contexts as I will have new tasks in the future that will use them. @dongdongbh |
