v0.4.0 — child keys + desktop console

New in v0.4

• Multi-level child keys: company → employee → each agent. A child can never exceed its parent; every payment is checked along the whole ancestor chain in one transaction; revoking a parent disables the subtree.
• Local desktop console moneyswitch ui: one card per agent (Claude Code, Codex, …) with a model "brain" and a MoneyKey "wallet"; diff preview → backup → write → verify → rollback.

Proof on Monad testnet: 11 real x402 USDC settlements, including Claude Code paying by itself via MCP (tx 0x1cdf773e…dc2729) and an admin-approved payment.
