Module Optimizer redesign and GPU acceleration

  • Rebuilt the local Module Optimizer into readable inventory, search settings, effect-priority, and recommendation sections inspired by the reviewed resonance-logs implementations.
  • Added a persisted, opt-in GPU acceleration control with an explicit driver/kernel check.
  • Added dynamically loaded OpenCL 1.2 exact search for compatible NVIDIA and AMD drivers, with deterministic CPU fallback and automatic CPU use for small searches.
  • Cached the compiled GPU runtime and reduced candidates on-device before exact CPU tie/order validation.
  • Parallelized independent CPU beam-search orderings.
  • Added CPU/GPU exact-result equality coverage and documented measured crossover behavior.

Validated on an NVIDIA RTX 5060. AMD uses the same OpenCL 1.2 path but still needs hardware validation on an AMD system.
