rLogs v0.1.91 fixes Encore ownership in persisted Combat History.

  • Accepts the exact standalone Encore damage component even when the broader rDPS effect remains partial.
  • Moves every packet-proven subtotal to the exact healer while retaining only genuinely uncovered damage on the wire recipient.
  • Coalesces the healer's native and transferred Encore action rows into one skill entry.
  • Preserves raw actor, party, per-target, hit, and damage totals without guessing across missing evidence.
