rLogs v0.1.96 expands the game-backed Mechanics Map with named, scene-scoped encounter behavior.

• Names every reviewed mechanic effect currently accepted across the six Resonance Logs CN scene families instead of falling back to anonymous effect IDs.
• Identifies and visually distinguishes portals, pizza dummies, matrix runes, waves, elemental orbs, pinballs, and electromagnetic-ring entities.
• Captures reviewed Giant Tower, Coral Sea, Season 3 raid, and Wasteland Court cast families in addition to Cursed Tomb clone charges.
• Draws Tina's packet-facing 45-degree danger sectors without inventing its omitted safe sector.
• Draws Coral Sea matrix callout beams, ice/water safe bands, and opposing orange/purple pizza sectors in exact world-to-map coordinates.
• Keeps every identity and cast mapping gated to the reviewed Global client build and encounter scene.
