Compatibility release.

This version is designed to run side by side with:
https://github.com/donvoorhies/critical-path-css-v2

Many overlapping frontend optimization functions have been moved to critical-path-css-v2 to avoid plugin conflicts.

Changes:

  • Removed features in OAP that overlap with critical-path-css-v2
  • Added migration/compatibility notes in docs and changelog
  • Updated visible version text to v2.0.1
