AETHER SEDC v1.0.2 - Decentralized Peer Discovery

New Features:

• Decentralized Peer Discovery - DNS seeds and Peer Exchange (PEX) like Bitcoin
• Works behind NAT/CGN - No port forwarding needed (SFR Caraibes compatible)
• Solo Mode - Functions independently if no peers available
• No bootnode required - No central server needed

How it works:

1. Node tries to resolve DNS seeds (seed.aether.io, seed2.aether.io)
2. If DNS fails, uses fallback peers or runs in solo mode
3. Periodic peer discovery via heartbeat
4. Peer Exchange (PEX) for sharing peer addresses
