MINOR release. Two-phase query API aggregation (#78, @filhocf) implementing RFC #56/#61: graph-aware composite scoring integrates semantic relevance, graph proximity, and entity centrality into memory retrieval. Maintenance script hardening (#76, #82). Landing page Codeberg migration (#74, #75).

Added

  • feat(graph): two-phase query API aggregation — memory_explore discovers related entities and builds a knowledge map; memory_detail hydrates chunks with graph context. New src/mcp_memory_service/scoring/composite.py implements composite scoring: semantic relevance + graph proximity + entity centrality. storage/graph.py gains get_entities_for_memory() resolving has_entity edges to entity names. Implements RFC #56/#61. Note: related_entities is populated only after entity extraction (maintain) seeds has_entity edges (PR #78, @filhocf).

Fixed

  • fix(maintenance): improve_memory_ontology.py and find_duplicates.py --use-api are now API-key aware. The ontology script sent no Authorization header and silently fetched 0 memories against an API-key-protected server; find_duplicates.py --use-api only read credentials from ~/.claude/hooks/config.json. Both now fall back to the MCP_API_KEY environment variable (and MCP_MEMORY_HTTP_ENDPOINT / MCP_HTTPS_ENABLED / MCP_HTTP_PORT for the endpoint), so they work against a protected HTTP server without a hooks config (PR #76). These are developer maintenance scripts under scripts/ — not part of the shipped package.
  • fix(maintenance): harden find_duplicates.py load_config() — type-guard a malformed, non-dict memoryService config value (avoids AttributeError), and derive the fallback endpoint scheme from MCP_HTTPS_ENABLED instead of hardcoding https://, so HTTP-only deployments resolve correctly (PR #82).
